What happens if I exceed a metered limit?
Revenue-cycle modules (claims, SMS, OASIS, fax, transport, invoices) allow overage and track it for manual invoicing — we will never block a billable claim. Patient seats and e-signatures are hard-blocked at the limit.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrade is immediate with prorated billing. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Is migration from another platform included?
Yes — included with all paid plans. We handle patient + caregiver imports and provide a parallel-run window for EVV and billing verification before cutover.
